Here is an edited episode of the AudioStyle music magazine which aired back in 2012, hosted by my friend Joey Stuckey. We were discussing the stories behind the tunes on his album MIXTURE, which I co-everythinged with him on.
This was recorded back in the 1990s at Radford University during a Music Tech workshop I attended. I wrote and recorded it in their recording studio, and had a lot of fun doing it.
Sadly I’ve lost the original tracks, so this is all that’s left of that memory. Fortunately, I still have the chart around here somewhere – hopefully I can do a “real” version sometime soon.
I don’t even remember when I recorded this! I’m pretty sure it was back in South Carolina days, so would have been in the mid-to-late 80’s. It’s interesting in terms of the sounds used.
